Interior Suede

A Swiss furniture-grade microsuede lining —
soft to the touch, and made to hold its surface for the life of the box.
Interior suede
Made to last,
not to shed
Natural suede looks the part on day one, but in our experience it breaks down with use — the nap thins and sheds.

We line every box in Swiss furniture-grade microsuede instead: denser, more hard-wearing, and kinder to a watch's finish.
It keeps its colour and its feel, and it doesn't mark the way leather can.

The 3 colours

We keep the range tight —
three colours that sit well with any collection.

Royal Blue

Clean and confident; the boldest of the three.

Forest Green

Deep and quiet; warm without being loud.

Steel Grey

A cool, even neutral that lets the watches lead.
Safe for your watches, and for you

The material is REACH-compliant — tested to the European Union's chemical-safety standard. It's hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin, so lifting a watch in and out is never a worry. And nothing it is made of works against the metals, straps and lacquer it sits beside.

It holds its colour well in the light, too, so the inside looks the same in 5 years as on the first day.

REACH stands for «Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Registration of Chemicals»

Why we don't offer black anymore

We used to offer black, and some lovely boxes were made in it. But a black interior shows every speck of dust and lint — and a watch box should look effortless, not ask to be fussed over.

So we've settled on 3 colours that stay clean and calm day to day.
